I live in a ground-floor apartment with a lovely double spare room with TV and tea/coffee facilities and guest has sole use of an adjacent bathroom with shower/bath.

If needed, guests can use microwave. (Kitchen and washing machine by arrangement) . 3 miles from Truro, regular direct busses (bus stop 50 feet) and plenty of local shops 2 mins. Hot Food outlets.
