The House: Shared use of a modern bathroom with walk‑in shower, cosy lounge with Sky, Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+, and a spacious kitchen‑diner. Patio doors open onto a low‑maintenance, patioed garden.
Transport & Parking: Quiet, tree‑lined street with on‑street parking. Bus stop 2 minutes’ walk with direct routes to Bolton town centre and train station. Easy access to the A666, A580, M60 and M61. The Octagon Theatre is around 10 minutes by car, by direct bus, or a short Uber journey.
