What does this mean?

Comfortable double room with non-suite (own) bathroom in listed building and conservation area right in the heart of Manchester. Living room and kitchen shared with host.

A 5 minute walk to the Royal Exchange, 7 minutes to the Opera House, and 20 minutes to the Palace Theatre.

The bedroom looks onto an internal atrium which protects the room from street noise. The blackout curtains make it ideal for lie-ins after a late night!

Shared use of kitchen and living room, tea and coffee facilities in your room. Please note that there is no TV here, but WiFi signal is good.

There are lots of pay and display car parks in the area, including some reasonably priced long stay ones close by.

"Cannot recommend these digs enough! Lucy is a lovely host and really makes you feel welcome in her home. Without a doubt, I would stop in these digs again when I'm working in Manchester. Great location for all theatres in the city centre.

Guest Parking

There is no guest parking at the property. And I really would advise against bringing a car into the city centre as so many roads are now closed or one way. However there are multiple long stay car parks around, many of which have 24 hour security. I use Parkonomy to find a suitable location, they do change often.

City centre location so there are lots of public transport options within easy walking distance.

I am a pescatarian, but I have no issue with guests preparing and cooking meat products as long as they keep everything clean and tidy.

The Host states that their property supports accessibility

It depends on the levels of accessibility needed; there are several (5 or 6) steps up to the building's front door, a lift internally, then a couple of steps to the flat and 3 sets of 2 steps inside the flat. There are no long flights of steps if you take the lift.
