What does this mean?

The flat is in fact the top two floors of a Victorian terrace so the rooms are large and airy.
There are two comfortable double rooms which are on the top floor so you have privacy.
I don’t cook but you will have full of the kitchen - I don’t mind what time of night you use it- just don’t wake me up !
It is in a nice area very close to the Downs if you feel like a walk and within walking distance of nice pubs and some excellent restaurants.
The bus stop is just round the corner and will take you directly to the centre and any of the theatres or venues.- but if you want the exercise the centre is about 30 minutes walk.
