Spacious comfortable room in a lovely Victorian house in a conservation area. In-room TV/DVD player, radio, coffee/tea making facilities, wifi; use of kitchen, welcome to join hosts in sitting room. Off-road parking.
Two bathrooms in property so few clashes.
Very friendly cat who will visit if door left open!
Normally short lets only, no late check-ins please.
Buses within easy walking distance to Coventry city centre or Warwick Arts Centre. You can walk to the Belgrade in about 20 minutes. Local shops nearby with PO, food shops, chippy, restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Turkish), pub etc.
Breakfast / dinner by arrangement (extra charge).
No smoking in the house please.
Use of washing machine by arrangement.
Guests allowed if pre-arranged.
House alarm - guests will need to set / unset this if hosts not in.
We have a chair lift but otherwise are not equipped for guests with mobility problems.
