Living with Host
Spacious comfortable room with double bed in a lovely Victorian house in a conservation area. In-room TV/DVD player, radio, coffee/tea making facilities, wifi; use of kitchen, welcome to join hosts in sitting room. Off-road parking.
Two bathrooms in property so few clashes; usually guest has sole use of one bathroom
Normally short lets only, no late check-ins please (8PM latest).
Breakfast / dinner by arrangement (extra charge).
No smoking in the house please.
Use of washing machine by arrangement.
Guests allowed if pre-arranged.
House alarm - guests will need to set / unset this if hosts not in.
We have a chair lift but otherwise are not equipped for guests with mobility problems.

Buses within easy walking distance to Coventry city centre (Belgrade theatre, Albany theatre) and Warwick Arts Centre.
You can walk to the Belgrade in about 20 minutes.

I had a lovely stay with Sue and her husband - they were communicative and made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. They have a large Victorian house, my room was spacious with lots of additional amenities including a mini fridge and electric blanket, I also had a separate bathroom to the hosts. Thanks very much for having me, I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay with Sue and John. My second time staying here and it won't be my last. Private bathroom which is fab. Kettle with tea's and coffees in the room. Large bright double room, with my fave feature a heated blanket :) 30/40 min walk - which i've heard is easy but I took ubers all the time because they arrive very quickly and are very cheap between £4-5. xxx

Sue and John were the nicest hosts to me. The room was spacious and the house was lovely. I had a very comfortable stay. I was a little sad to leave! Short drive into town or a 25 minute walk. I would love to return here on the next show that comes to town.

Sue and John are wonderful hosts. Lovely house with off street parking in a very nice area of Coventry, Easy 15min bus journey into the City Centre. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I had a lovely time staying with Sue and John in their beautiful home in Coventry. They were both so welcoming and I felt very at home even though I was only with them for a few nights. Would recommend highly!!

I absolutely loved staying with Sue and John - their house truly felt like a home! This was my first time staying in digs and I couldn’t recommend anywhere more. They are both so caring, kind and considerate of the jobs we do, and couldn’t do enough for you after a long day! Their home is very clean and there was enough storage for me to stay comfortably for 6 weeks. Chico the cat is also a huge added bonus - so friendly and always up for a cuddle!! Thank you both so much❤️

Had a wonderful stay with Sue and John (and Chico the cat) in their comfortable home. Big double room with tea & coffee facilities - big thumbs up. Electric blanket and heater for those cold late winter nights, which was perfect for me. Private bathroom for guest use. 36 min walk to The Belgrade or a cheap 10 min uber (only £5-8) Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house in a lovely area of Coventry, only a short bus journey or a very manageable half hour walk from the Belgrade Theatre. Sue and John are great hosts, couldn't recommend more.

A lovely couple to stay with and the house is beautiful. Sue and John were so welcoming and friendly - and really easy to get into the city centre. I had a lovely time there and would happily stay again.

It would be helpful to know where we were lacking in cleanliness, friendliness, and accuracy so that we can address any issues. Can't do much about the location, though.

Felt comfy. But was hardly there as tech week. It was a 30 min walk. But I drove as the theatre had a code for the ncp car park £2.50 day. Happily go back if I come to Coventry again. Thank you.

Sue & John were such wonderful hosts and I adored my stay with them. A really nice part of Coventry and a lovely, clean, comfortable house. I ended up driving in everyday - the Belgrade Carpark was only £14. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable room in lovely house 30 minutes walk or 12 minutes on the regular bus (£2.20 each way) to the theatre. Would definitely be top of my list if I was working in Coventry again.

Walkable to the theatre but the buses are also very easy and regular. Beautiful house. Very friendly host

The room was spacious and comfortable. The walk to the theatre is about 30min.
