The Eaves is on the third floor of a historic building known as Lears Residence in central Darlington.
Everything the town has to offer is literally on your doorstep, with the Hippodrome Theatre only a 10 minute stroll away and the railway station 15.
The apartment has a comfortable living room/kitchen overlooking the Victorian Market with a oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
There is a bright bathroom with bath and shower and a double bedroom which comfortably sleeps two.
There is also a small separate room which contains a bed settee which can comfortably accommodate one person (two at a push).
If you want to use the sofa bed you'll need to let us know in advance so we can provide extra towels & sheets etc.
