What does this mean?

Small-ish but comfortable room with a day bed that can be pulled out into a double.
Full use of kitchen and living areas, including tea, coffee, milk.
Walking distance to lots of great amenities.
Small garden but very close to the seafront.
Pet-free house (sadly).
Super cosy living room with Sky TV.
I’ve only been living there for a few months and in the middle of redecorating/renovating, so some areas still in need of some love, but it’s clean and no work will take place during stay.

Fantastic stay, Hannah was a great host from start to finish, digs were nice and close, comfortable & quiet, I’d certainly consider staying here again in the future
