Living with Host

What does this mean?

A detached 2 storey house with garden access and full use of kitchen areas. This is a safe suburban area on the South East area of the pretty spa town of Harrogate. It is a 5 minute walk to Morrisons Supermarket which has a petrol station.

A comfortable newly refurbished double room with en suite, double bed with mattress topper, wardrobe, desk and chair. 25 minutes walk into Harrogate town centre but bus links closeby. 10 minutes walk to Starbeck train station.

Room is downstairs with own private entrance. There is a private shower room and sink and use of a downstairs toilet.

It is light, modern and spacious. House has broadband wifi and room has TV with all terrestrial channels. All bedding and linen and towels are provided.

Available 7 days a week.

Although the house is occupied by a family of 3, there is usually only one person around during the week.

Council tax band E.

We have parking, on the drive, available for guests.

The Area and Transport

The Harrogate Theatre and town centre is a 50 min walk and a 10 minute drive. The railway station, with links to York and Leeds, is an 10 minute walk away.

This space is shared with 3 Hosts and 1 other paying Guest.

The bedroom has 2 lockable doors, an en suite area with shower and vanity area. The room is next to a shared kitchen where you have use of all the facilities, eggs and milk. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, space in the fridge and cupboard for food and drinks, in a utility area next to the kitchen.

Upstairs is a private area.
