Comfortable & quiet double room (Manchester)

A Victorian terrace house on a quiet cul-de-sac which has been lovingly re-decorated and renovated over the past 5 years. Our home is comfortable, colourful, full of books, plants, records, artwork and musical instruments.

Your bedroom has recently been fully re-decorated - re-plastered, re-painted and with the original wooden floorboards sanded and restored. It has a double bed, a desk, full-size mirror, plants, wifi and plenty of storage. It's very comfortable and cosy.

The bathroom is next door and downstairs you'll have access to the spacious lounge/living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful green back-yard that's made an appearance on Gardeners World.

We are a child-free couple and don't have any pets. We'll be working during the day (mix of from home and out and about), so just make yourself comfortable. You can walk to the city centre in 30-40 minutes. We're also very well-connected to buses and trams to get you around. There is free parking on the road outside.

There are two parks a few minutes walk away and the neighbourhood has a vibrant community feel with lots of local shops a few minutes away on Ayres Road.
