Living with Host

What does this mean?

Make yourself comfortable at mine. I live alone in a compact but comfortable bungalow with a pretty garden which you’re welcome to use. Your room is quiet, comfortable and you would are the only guest. Your room has a comfy bed with a variety of different pillows provided a goose feather duvet and mattress topper for added sleep comfort. There are shutters and a black out blind for privacy and darkness, if sleeping in is important to you. I work part time so am around some of the time but am friendly and easy to get along with. My house is calm, clean and tidy and you’ll have access to anything you need. I have a hive heating control I will show how to use it so you can pop the heating on if the house feels chilly at any point.
It’s a shared bathroom which has a choice of rain shower or a more directional option.

Guest Parking

You can park outside in the cul de sac.

The Area and Transport

I live on the edge of Goldsworth Park. In a quite cul de sac with free parking available. Less than a 5 minute walk from Waitrose (and the regular No 91 bus (stop) and the same to St.Johns Village where you’ll find a co-op, coffee shop , bakery plus a few other food outlets and other shops. The no 91 bus takes less than 10 minutes to deliver you right outside (opposite) the Theatre (£2.50)
The Basingstoke canal towpath takes a minute to access. You can walk along it directly into Woking (25 mins). There’s plenty of green space nearby within walking distance too. Ask me for directions and/or more information.

Had a wonderful week with Debra. She is a lovely host. Great room with very comfortable bed. And not far from the Theatre, about a 20 min walk or a short Uber ride. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
