Comfortable double room with exclusive use of Bathroom (Exeter)

We are in the pretty village of Exminster just outside Exeter. The village is served by two bus routes into the City (both take about 20 minutes) and we are just yards away from the Exminster RSPB Marshes.

The one bus also goes in the other direction to Teignmouth. There is a largely traffic-free route into the city for cyclists and we have a garage to securely store a bike.

It is free on-street parking available and the village has a Post Office, a small but well stocked Tesco's, a pharmacy and a coffee shop as well as a couple of pubs. The Canal and the Estuary are just a mile away.

Although this listing is new, we previously let out a highly regarded room in Oxford.
