Living with Host
A lovely double room in a characterful terraced house. The double bed has a very comfortable Tempur memory foam mattress and there is a blackout blind at the window. A chest of drawers, a desk, chair and bedside tables complete the furnishings in the bedroom. A desk fan is provided to make sleeping more comfortable during heatwave conditions. Full use of the kitchen, bathroom and living areas as well as a back garden with patio furniture. Easy walking distance to public transport through a safe and friendly neighbourhood.

On street parking is available - no permits or payments are required.
The Area and Transport
A terraced house within 5 minutes walking distance to a tram stop on the Manchester Metrolink system. It's only 2 stops to Deansgate on frequent trams or 2 stops in the other direction to the trendy bars and restaurants of Chorlton. Sale and Altrincham are also easily reached from the same tram stop at Trafford Bar.
There are 2 parks within easy walking distance - one directly across the road - providing green spaces within the suburban area.

The guest bedroom is private and though there is no lock the guest's privacy will be respected at all times. The hallway, kitchen, living room and bathroom are all shared with the host. The only lockable door is the bathroom.
Excluded Facilities
The master bedroom and small 3rd bedroom are for the use of the host only. Occasionally the 3rd bedroom is occupied by a friend on an individual overnight basis.

I am vegetarian and would prefer that the grill is not used for cooking meat eg bacon. I would ask that food safe practices are adhered to when preparing raw meat eg use the separate chopping boards provided
I have a cat so bear that in mind if you are allergic to cat hair.
I like the house to be quiet after 11pm at night
It is important to me that guests are comfortable during their stay and I like to keep the house warm in winter and cool in summer.

Lovely room and a lovely host! The room is a great size and is very bright- amazing location too. Lots of amenities nearby alongside a tram stop and a sterling bike stand. Caroline is lovely, I couldn't recommend a better place to stay especially if you're working at the Lowry

I had a lovely stay at Caroline's. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Caroline is a great host and it was lovely getting to know her during my brief stay.
