A comfortable double and single room in a detached family home in a quiet, central area of Edinburgh within walking distance of Summerhall, Festival, Lyceum and Traverse Theatres. There are excellent public transport links nearby with bus routes across the city and into town. The number 5 bus, which takes you to The Playhouse, is a few minutes walk away.

For all bookings taking place from 24th July 2026 there will be an additional Edinburgh Council Visitor Levy of 5% on these current prices.

Sheila and Callum were wonderful hosts- friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The house is beautiful and in a great location - just a short walk to the Meadows. Highly recommended!

A lovely home and Sheila was delightful. It was comfortable and had everything I needed. Short walk to the meadows and nice walk to the theatre.
