The bathroom is spotlessly clean, having recently been renovated and comprises of an overhead shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is shared and is lockable.
There is a radio and TV in the house. Netflix is available. The house has wifi.
You are welcome to use the well kitted out kitchen during your stay. You're also welcome to use the washing machine.

The Area and Transport
The house a four bedroom Victorian property built at the end of the 19th century. Situated on Cathedral Road, the house is closely situated to Pontcanna Fields - an extensive parkland through which it is a pleasant walk to the New Theatre, the Sherman Theatre and the city itself. Cathedral Road is also well served by public transport.
The house is a no smoking, child free, pet free home.

Angharad was an incredible host and her home is immaculate. Easy to get a bus into town, although the walk is lovely if the weather is on your side! Thanks for making my stay so easy and enjoyable.

Angharad's place was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and neat. I had a great night's sleep and the shower was a dream come true. Angharad was incredibly welcoming and there were some cute shops across the road for coffee and breakfast. I would most definitely stay here again and I wish I was there for longer.

Lovely stay with Angharad. She's very welcoming and accommodating. WiFi didn't reach the bedroom for me and there was no signal for 4G, so maybe this needs addressing? Otherwise, lovely! Thanks Angaharad

Lovely home in a lovely location. Angharad was great and the bed was super comfy. Great shower too and a stone’s throw from excellent cafes (recommend Milkwood!)
Worth noting that wifi doesn’t stretch to the room and I had no signal there either so was very cut off (I’m with EE). I was welcome to use the lounge which was lovely but would have been nice to have wifi in the room itself.
Great walk through the park to get to Cardiff New Theatre!

Yes, it's a big Victorian townhouse with thick walls and getting WiFi to stream all the way to the back of the house is tricky sometimes. Some mobile phone networks are better than others for signal but there's full strength WiFi in the lounge and dining room, which guests are welcome to use.
Absolutely lovely digs, very quiet room with a nice walk through Bute Park in the mornings. Just be aware that walking through the park at night isn't recommended and that the detour via Cardiff Castle might take up to 10 minutes longer. Highly recommend this digs and Angharad has been a welcoming and accommodating host.

Ah, thanks so much Fran! Was lovely to meet you. You're right about walking through the park late at night though. In the day: lovely! However I wouldn't advise it in darkness - you never know.
I absolutely loved my stay with Angharad! I felt completely welcome and comfortable in her home and had space to myself as well as finding moments to chat. I loved my daily walks through the park to the theatre. Highly recommended.

Had such a lovely stay, the walk to new theatre can be done either along the main road or through the park and by the river which is was a great way to start the day

Angharad was the absolute best host. The house was amazing clean and tidy and the best was cozy. She immediately made me feel right at home from day one. I would highly recommend her to anyone of my colleagues!
