Living with Host

What does this mean?

Our two double bedrooms both have thermal lined blackout curtains. There is a shared bathroom with shower and constant hot water. There is spacious accommodation on the ground floor where guests have full access to our kitchen and garden and there is a separate sitting room downstairs for guests to use. We have two friendly Cockerpoos who are always willing to be walked around the local area which includes beautiful woodland and local parks.

The Area and Transport

Our home is situated in Chapel Allerton, north Leeds. It's a small and friendly area with a village atmosphere and has many cafes and bars nearby. We are well served for bus routes into the city centre and to Harrogate. It's a 30-40 minute walk into the city centre, Leeds Playhouse and the Grand Theatre.

All bedrooms have bolts to the inside of the bedroom doors to provide privacy when guests are in their room. The house has a burglar alarm fitted and in use when everyone is out and overnight.

The hosts bathroom in the loft is for exclusive use of the hosts.
