The bedroom is calm and neutral for restful sleep, while the living room is colourful, cosy and full of character.

There is a guitar and lots of books (and plays - I am also an actor). I also have a purpose built recording studio in the garden which I will allow access to if you need to record or do any self tapes.

There is private off road parking at the rear and unrestricted on-street parking directly at the front and back of the property.

The Area and Transport

Located in Stoke a quiet, residential pocket of Plymouth. It's a 30-minute walk to the Theatre Royal or a 7 minute drive, £8-10 in a taxi. Local buses are frequent and stop nearby, taking you directly into the city centre in under 15 minutes. And if they time well you can also walk 5 minutes to get a train from Devonport (not Devonport Dockyard) 1 stop (3 minutes) to Plymouth main station.

STUNNING home! Really, just gorgeous. It was really pleasure to come home to this palace after long days at the theatre. Honestly considering booking again just for a holiday. Top facilities, full kitchen, bath tub, washer & dryer. Nice, quiet area but felt safe alone due to friendly neighbours and excellent communication with Sally. It is a bit further out of town - so got the bus in but taxi home each night. Between £8 - £10 per journey. Worth is for the luxury accom!
