Quiet location in a beautiful house in a private road with off-road parking. Robin Hood pub and restaurant a 3 minute walk - open from 11am to 11pm with a good menu.
Own transport is advised, as public transport is not very regular.
Bognor Regis beach - 2.5 miles
Bognor Regis town - 2 miles
Chichester - 5 miles
Goodwood - 8 miles
Arundel - 8 miles
Very large room with comfy king size bed. Seating area with leather sofa, small fridge, coffee table, along with coffee and tea making facilities in room. Double wardrobe with hangers and plenty of drawer space. Area in room for Working at a laptop. Two USB charging points in bedroom. Wi-Fi throughout house. Own private shower room with shower, basin and toilet. Full use of kitchen and dining room. Large, pretty gardens with seating area and awning above, weather permitting.
Sorry, but no pets allowed due to me having 2 cats.

Best digs iv stayed in great room private shower felt like home didn’t matter on what time i started early mornings . Didn’t feel odd to be there . Will def book again if that way

Once again had a most wonderful stay with Lorraine, who is the perfect host and such wonderful company. The location is perfect, and the room itself has everything you'd need... even some biscuits! Highly recommended.

Once again, Jordan was the perfect guest. Very friendly, clean and tidy. Highly recommended - always welcome back, any time.
Lovely 10 week stay with Lorraine and her gorgeous cat Daisy. Lorraine was always very friendly and welcoming, we had some great conversations, but she also respected me needing space and time to myself too. Room was spotless and having my own kettle/fridge etc was great, made it feel like a little studio. Not too far a drive from Chichester so a good location if you have a car, overall a lovely stay!!

I had a fantastic stay at Lorraine’s. She was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating, and the room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The little fridge and kettle facilities were brilliant, and having an en-suite a particular bonus. If you get to meet the cats they are adorable! Lorraine will be my first choice if I find myself in Bognor again, I thoroughly recommend her place!

Highly recommend staying with Lorrain- the room is large and incredibly clean, and she goes out of her way to make you feel at home.

The room is a perfect dig. It has everything you want - a very comfy bed, a little living room area and lovely bathroom. Lorraine is the perfect host too - so friendly but gave me my own space too.
I couldn't have asked for more from this lovely dig.

Had the most amazing week staying here. Lorraine is so helpful, kind and caring. Made me feel so at home! As someone who gets homesick quite easily she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I couldn’t recommend her more and will 100% stay again

I cannot recommend Lorraine's theatre digs enough. The room is so clean and large, and it is so nice to have a separate seating area with a large TV. Lovely little extra's like a kettle with tea, coffee etc, and also a fridge. Highly Recommended.

Absolutely wonderful stay! House was spotless, felt instantly at home. Lorraine was wonderful, accommodated every need, no request too big. Lorraine shared her house like it was my own. Thank you! Location: Would recommend having a car to get around.

What a lovely place to stay. Lorraine is friendly and welcoming, and the room is excellent, with a very comfy bed, tv, and tea/coffee facilities. Car parking on site. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay lovely space and very spacious allowing myself to have enough space for myself. Lorraine was lovely, very welcoming and so helpful throughout the whole stay. Would definitely come back and stay. Also highly recommended

Staying with Lorraine has been an absolute joy. She couldn’t be more hospitable and the room was perfect. I’d highly suggest these digs to anyone who is working in Bognor and the surrounding areas. I’ll definitely be back!!
