Living with Host
Our home is a quirky split level flat in Garnethill in the centre of Glasgow.
Calm and comfortable double room within spacious flat in Garnethill. The location is quiet and central.
You will have exclusive use of a spacious double bedroom. With comfortable double bed and wardrobe, storage space.
Shared use of our two bathrooms (both have toilets and showers and one also has a bath).
Free Wifi internet.
We do not have a television or television licence. We therefore asks guests to please not use their devices for watching anything that requires a tv licence (eg live television or BBCiPlayer) as we do not want to be fined for inappropriate use.
For bookings of longer than 2 nights you are welcome to use the kitchen to cook in however please note I am a vegetarian and prefer the cooking of meat or fish to be limited and only specific pans used
We are happy for you to help yourself to tea and coffee
Guest Parking
Off street parking depends on availability. There are a couple of car parks within a few minutes walk

Within walking distance of all love theatres ( Theatre Royal, Kings Theatre, The Pavilion, Glasgow Concert Hall and Royal Conservatoire) Also within walking distance of Queen Street and Glasgow Central train stations and Buchanan bus station.

I am pretty flexible, I just ask for respect that it is my home and I work from home. It is generally a quiet household, unless I have a friend round. So generally you can expect a quiet calm environment. I
Check out time is also flexible depending on my plans and whether there's a check in that day.
Smoking/vaping outside is fine.
Shoes off in the bedroom especially if it is wet outside.
Keeping phone or video calls in your room if possible

Beautiful room in Glasgow city centre. Tiffany was such a great understanding and friendly host, waiting for my arrival when my evening train was delayed almost an hour. She also made sure to say goodbye the morning after!

Tiffany was a great host, who was friendly and nice to chat to. The room was vary comfortable, I would definitely recommend staying here, it was so convenient to everything I would definitely stay again when I am next on tour in Glasgow if this accommodation was available.

My pleasure
Tiffany is a very accommodating and welcoming host. Space was made in the fridge, spaces were clean and the bed was comfortable. It would be remiss not to note a slight musty smell. I believe it's to do with the building, not specifically the flat, but it is present. It didn't impede my stay but is worth noting for those who it may be important. Thank you, Tiffany, for the week's stay

Tiffany is lovely and has a lovely home too. Convenient location, bonus that I was able to use her parking space. Bed was comfy, curtains don't block all the light but it was quiet and I slept well. Would stay with Tiffany again, she's a good host.

Tiffany was very kind, helpful, and extremely welcoming, and even though I only stayed for one night I would thoroughly recommend these digs to anyone. Such a great location, and a comfortable and friendly home from home.

Tiffany was a wonderful host, the digs were fantastic and only an 8 minute walk from the Kings theatre. I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Glasgow!!!!

Amazing location, lovely hosts and a really comfortable bed. Wi-Fi being turned off was not an issue for me at all. I found some cheep parking nearby. I would recommend.

Friendly couple, willing and helpful. Room is spacious and satisfactory, if a little dull. No tv in room. No viewing of tv programmes permitted on laptops, mobiles etc as owner has no tv licence. Use of wifi during the day but not always at night.

We accommodated every request Karl made including keeping WiFi on every night of his week long stay. If guests need WiFi we leave it on. You can watch anything on your device except BBC IPlayer and live TV which require a TV licence.
