Self Contained Accom

Treat yourself to a stay at our recently renovated 2-bedroom basement apartment. The first thing you’ll notice is the fact you’ll have your own entrance via a big tranquil garden down a few historic steps which take you into the well-appointed deluxe kitchen. But we think you’ll really love the light and airy feel of the whole place and the exotic opulence of the en-suite master bedroom that comes with a gorgeous south-facing courtyard.

Then there’s the second bedroom – it’s just down the corridor and has a dressing table, and wardrobe, plus there’s a nice sash window that looks up into the huge Plane trees of Falkner Square. The sleeping arrangements here consist of a sofa bed from John Lewis. Anyone staying in the second bedroom gets their own washroom that has a bath, sink and shower, with the separate shared toilet next door.

The apartment where you’ll be staying is centrally located yet set back from the bustle. It's a great place to base yourself for your stay in the most historic part of Liverpool.

We live just next door in the separate house above, so we’ll always be nearby if you need anything.

A FEW RULES

– Please keep the door on the street closed shut at all times.

– No smoking indoors. (There's an ashtray in the garden.)

– Any extra guests not mentioned at the time of booking will not be allowed to stay.

– Check-In between 3pm and 9pm. Check-Out before 11am. Arrival and departure times should be sent via email at your earliest convenience after booking. Please send a message if you need to arrive/depart at another time and we'll try our best to accommodate you too, but I'm afraid we can't check you in late (after shows).

– Lost or not returned keys will incur a £100 replacement charge (due to the cost of changing the locks).

*** Heavy partying should be reserved for the many pubs, bars and clubs of the city centre. We are looking to host mature, respectful and considerate adults. We're not boring, we just want you to respect the place like you would your own ***
