Living with Host

The bedroom has a kingsize bed and is allocated a private shower room across the hall. The bedroom has large windows with venetian blinds, drawers and wardrobing, plus a comfy chair. Works equally well for one person or two.

The property is beautiful with a spacious living room, open-plan to include the kitchen, access to a private terrace, and views of the canal network and over to St Pauls Church in the Jewellery Quarter.

The shower room is modern and the shower is always hot and powerful.

Very happy for you to make use of the kitchen as long as you always clean up afterwards, and the terrace is there to be enjoyed too.

Guest Parking

On-street parking available one street away (Jewellery Quarter green zone) or I have access to a gated space around 10-minutes walk from my apartment. Please let me know if you require parking in advance. It is £50 for the week.

The Area and Transport

Located in the highly desirable Jewellery Quarter by Snow Hill station. There are a small selection of local amenities (across the road) but otherwise a fairly chilled out area. There is a jazz club across the road but they operate local-friendly hours.

Please note that there is a building site across the road which is occasionally noisy during the working day, but with the windows closed it's fine.

It's a 20-minute walk to the Birmingham Hippodrome or Alexandra Theatre, 15 minutes to the Rep Theatre, 12 minutes to New Street railway station, 17 minutes to Moor Street, and Snow Hill station is across the road.

As this is my own home, I do not have fire blankets, extinguishers or evacuation displays.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) of electricals is not applicable. All electrical items are fully working and replaced if damaged/faulty.

Nicola was the perfect host. Always professional & available should you need anything. A great communicator. Beautiful loft style apartment in the Jewellery quarter. Spotlessly clean, very comfortably room & bed with a very spacious bathroom. Easy walk to the theatre. The secure parking was a bonus. Thank you so much for having me. I had a lovely stay here and Nicola was a fantastic host. I felt immediately at home, and she was kind enough to change the pillows and duvet when I arrived, as Im allergic to feathers. It's a beautiful apartment and the bedroom was super comfy. Also a great shower in my personal bathroom. Good location too, walkable to the theatre. I would highly recommend and would definitely return!

Splendid first class accomodation.Nicola was a perfect hostess. A fifteen to 20 minute walk to the Alex and secure parking was available, although not on site. Spacious very clean accomodation spoilt only by the nearby intensive building works. Actors woken early, tend to need a few hours.

I had a lovely stay here - Nicola was very welcoming and great communicating info for meeting at the flat, plus an emailed house pack with all the details. The flat itself is beautiful, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and private. Great facilities and a short and easy walk to the Rep, City Centre and New Street station. This would happily be my first choice next time I’m in Birmingham - Thanks Nicola!

Nicolas room is lovely and spacious with an extremely comfy bed! The whole apartment is modern and you have full access to the lounge kitchen. Only saw Nicola once during my whole stay but was always helpful by text!
