THE PROPERTY
The bedroom is a spacious kingsize with private shower room, large windows, empty wardrobing and a comfy chair. Works equally well for one person or two.
The property is beautiful with a spacious living room, open-plan to include the kitchen, access to a private terrace, and views across the canal network to St Pauls Church in the Jewellery Quarter.
The bedroom features a kingsize bed with storage underneath, a wardrobe with ample hanging space, a 9-drawer unit and chair. There's also a large fan if you like a bit of air movement whilst you sleep.
The shower room is modern and the shower is always hot and powerful.
Very happy for you to make use of the kitchen as long as you always clean up afterwards, and the terrace is there to be enjoyed too. Additional guests would always be by prior agreement, please.
THE AREA
Located in the highly desirable Jewellery Quarter by Snow Hill station. There are a small selection of local amenities (across the road) but otherwise a fairly chilled out area. There is a jazz club across the road but they operate local-friendly hours.
Please note that there is a building site across the road, but with the windows closed, it's not too noisy.
TRAVEL CONNECTIONS
It's a 20-minute walk to the Birmingham Hippodrome or Alexandra Theatre, 15 minutes to the Rep Theatre, 12 minutes to New Street railway station, 17 minutes to Moor Street, and Snow Hill station is across the road. On-street parking available one street away (Jewellery Quarter green zone) or I have access to a gated space around 10-minutes walk from my apartment. Please let me know if you require parking. It is £50 for the week.
ME
I work very locally, but I travel frequently so I am not always around. I do have an elderly dog called Boris, but he is not very interested in most things, so he won't bother you. He's very cute, and well behaved.
If you have any issues whilst I am away, my office (a property management company) is a 10-minute walk from the apartment and the team are briefed to help. I am also always contactable on WhatsApp.
