A Modern Top-Floor Apartment Double Room with Ensuite in the Heart of Liverpool City Centre.

I work in the industry as a Musical Director, so often you'd have the whole property to yourself (except my own bedroom). If I am home for a night or two, you'd still have access to the rest of the apartment and also main bathroom (including bath). Full access to Kitchen and Living Areas, and use of washer dryer and microwave etc.

5 Minute Walk from Liverpool Lime Street Train Station, and 6/7 Minute Walk to Empire, Royal Court, Everyman and Unity Theatres, and The Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Right next to a Tesco Express.
