What does this mean?

A beautiful flat in a converted church 3 minutes walk from the train station.
Approximately 10mins walk to Curve theatre and 15 mins to De Montfort Hall.
Unfortunately there is no parking available, however I can advise on nearby roads/car parks.
There is a good size double room, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
No smoking inside, however there is a lovely gate communal garden to be used.

Had a lovely stay here whilst at Curve. Only a 10 minute walk to the theatre and almost opposite the train station. I barely saw Christian and Amelia with our schedules but they were very accommodating and helpful. Would gladly stay again, thanks!

A nice, spacious clean room and a very easy walk to the Curve and very close to the train station. Christian was a very accommodating host, highly recommend!
