What does this mean?

Large double room (Tv and wi-fi) with main use of bathroom - room within hosts’s city centre apartment. Use of kitchen (please be considerate of host). No parking though. Approx 5 minutes walk to Theatre Royal; 2 minutes to Maddermarket Theatre or Norwich Arts Centre; 10 minutes to Norwich Playhouse.
Gated development. No others in the apartment except for the guest without host’s approval and permission.
No smoking etc
Once any booking is confirmed full payment will be required prior to arrival by bank transfer.

Absolutely loved living here. The bedroom was so spacious with your own private bathroom. The location was around everything you needed and a very short walk to the theatre. What more could you ask for? And Kate was super welcoming and loved having our chats together. I will definitely be back & will highly recommend to others!

This is a truly excellent place to stay for anyone working at the Theatre Royal. Very close by and very convenient, a large room with plenty of space and peace and quiet. Highly recommended!
