The property offers a lounge/kitchen area on the ground floor with 55" LED Smart TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Everything is newly refurbed and brand new.
The first floor has the main bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Off the landing is a double room with wardrobe and flat screen Smart TV and next door to that a single room with flat screen Smart TV. The upper floor has a double room with en-suite toilet and shower. Again, all newly fitted and refurbed. All rooms have Smart TVs, drawers and somewhere to hang clothes. All rooms benefit from blackout curtains/blinds.
It's a quiet area but you're only 2 minutes walk from the seafront and the lovely Waterfront pub. Two minutes in the other direction is the West Hoe pub. City centre is 15 minutes walk max as is Theatre Royal. Everything you need is around you, even tennis courts across the road if you fancy! The area has a wonderful community feel to it and we're confident it's somewhere you'll wish to return to.
Guest Parking
Private on site parking. Can fit two cars at a push and 1 x van. On street parking is also available. There are electric charging stations only 200m away.
The Area and Transport
This unique 3-bedroom townhouse is situated only two-minute walk from the waterfront.
The property is only a 15-minute walk from the city centre and Theatre Royal and 5 minutes from Smeaton’s Lighthouse and the infamous Tinside Lido. The stunning stroll down to the Barbican Theatre is only 20 minutes along the coastal path.
There are two pubs within two minutes as well as a convenience store, pharmacy, café, restaurant, fish & chip shop, themed play park and a dive centre.
The property is semi-detached over 3 floors with it’s own private parking. On street parking also available.
What’s unique is how quiet the area is. You won’t hear any traffic despite it being so central, so are guaranteed a good sleep. The area is safe and well lit.

All bedrooms are private with fire doors but they are not lockable. The upper floor bedroom has a lockable ensuite. All bedrooms have TVs if you fancy some you time. The kitchen, living room and entrance are are shared.
There's a dive centre across the road opposite a themed kids play park. The waterfront overlooking Plymouth sound and Drakes Island is 2 minutes away at end of street.

Kids love it here, mainly because it has a fabulous themed pirate kids park round the corner and the seafront at the end of the street, so lots of snorkelling, crabbing, jumping off sea wall and swimming off the little beach. There's also the infamous Lido 5 minutes away. Fab for kids

One of my favourite digs I've stayed in over 9 years of touring. Niall is a wonderful and caring host, his communication was fantastic. The house is a dream and a really lovely place right by the seafront. A 15 minute walk to the Theatre Royal which you can take through the hoe. Parking is a real bonus too. Would highly recommend and will be returning on my next visit! Thank you.
