What does this mean?

The room is a garden-facing sunny bedroom with hanging space and a comfortable memory foam king-sized bed. Choice of duvets and pillows, feather or synthetic.

The bedroom is next to the bathroom, which has recently been renovated with luxurious pink onyx tiles and bronze shower.

The kitchen and back living space is a stylish setting to cook in with a bora hob, air fryer, oven and microwave, as well as dishwasher and laundry.
Relax on the sofa and look into the well maintained garden. Pick some fresh herbs to add to your cooking. Listen to a record and play the keyboard in this beautiful south facing room.

The lounge at the front of the house has a big smart TV with Netflix and prime and comfy sofa. It’s also a lovely spot for reading under the chandelier.

The bathroom and kitchen/living room/hall have underfloor heating. All other rooms have radiators controlled within the room.

There is a drive for parking and EV charger can be arranged.

The Area and Transport

Just 3 minutes’ walk from Old Trafford tram stop & with on-drive parking, you can easily get to all local venues.
4 stops from St Peter’s Square (central Manchester) & the airport tram line is 7 minutes walk. There is a bus stop lat the end of the road, which goes directly to town via university.
The Lowry is walking distance, or you could cycle there in ten minutes, with bee bike hire nearby.

Our local park, Longford, is beautiful and contains botanical gardens, a disc-golf course, a great local cafe (Blanchflower), pet’s corner and more

Chorlton is 10-15 minutes walk from the house, with beech road 25 minutes. Both have cafes, bars, independent shops. Barbakan is highly regarded, as is our organic cooperative Unicorn grocery.
Chorlton ees is a great local walk, as is heading along the canal. This is perfectly located for town, city and nature combined!
