The kitchen is downstairs stairs and available for you to use for breakfast. You can sit in the garden and listen to the birds while eating your breakfast 🤗

I have mentioned previously. The guest has access to large kitchen/ day room and back garden. Downstairs loo upstairs bathroom and their own bedroom. No access to other two bedrooms or downstairs front sitting room
