Living with Host

What does this mean?

Our lovely (non-smoking) Georgian End-Terrace will provide you with a peaceful oasis, with all the comforts of home, in the very centre of Norwich.

Your charming, centrally heated, internally-lockable, double bedroom, has extremely comfortable “real” bed, black-out blind, WIFI, 36” smart-TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities and a mini-fridge.

Our pets, Charlie-the-cat and Ted-the-dog (my assistance dog) will be delighted to welcome you and accept a fuss, but ideally should not be invited into your room, for the sake of future guests who are less keen on animals.

Guest Parking

We are entitled to purchase City-Council parking scratch-cards for visitors, which are more competitively priced than any other city-centre parking. If you require parking for your stay I can pre-order these for you in advance of your arrival.

The Area and Transport

Our home is in the city-centre, adjacent to shops, theatres and cinemas. as well as being convenient for all public transport.

You access your digs via our front door, entering a shared hallway and staircase leading up to your bedroom.

You will share our large bathroom (luxury digital double shower, generous bath and washer/drier), which we are careful to keep uncluttered, depersonalised for our guests.

We are happy to share our small (largely vegetarian) kitchen, in order that you can use our fridge, microwave and dishwasher. You are also welcome to eat in our dining room, if you prefer not to eat in your room. In clement weather our guests enjoy eating and resting in either of our charming little landscaped gardens.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Location is fantastic, and Lucy and Matt couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. Ted the dog and Charlie the cat were a lovely bonus. The room is stylish yet cozy, and its proximity to the luxurious bathroom is ideal. I would definitely wish to stay here again if I return to Norwich.

Can’t love this accommodation more !!!
only five minutes walk along the park and across the street and you’re already there from the theatre. The room is like a princess room, the bed is so comfy it’s like I’m sleeping on the clouds. Lucy is so sweet that the room is full of anything that you need. She’s so kind also shared with me so many yummy food. Very quiet in the house and I had the best two weeks in Norwich.
