Less than two minutes walk from the Eastbourne theatres and Towner centre.
Peaceful stylish spacious home on the top floor (4th floor with lift) in a small apartment building. Comfortable room sharing bathroom with just myself. Access to sunny terrace. A stones throw from the beach and wide range of cafes & restaurants.

Guest Parking

Free parking on a pot luck basis on the street 200m from my building OR buy resident visitor permits to get a reduced price of £2 per day in the parking zone right outside.

The Area and Transport

200m from Congress, Winter Gardens and Devonshire Park theatres.
200m from the beach. Cafes and restaurants all close by.
15 min walk from mainline station

Excluded Facilities

Use of kitchen is not included except for tea and coffee making. My TD guests have not wanted to use the kitchen as the theatre & restaurants/cafes/pubs are so close by.
