What does this mean?

West Park Annex is a modern and secure studio apartment in a safe, quiet area. Fully electric, with black out blinds, double bed, underfloor heating, en-suite shower room, toiletries, washing machine, dryerpod, iron, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, combination oven/ microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, utensils, kitchenware). There is fast WIFI and a Smart TV including free Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, free parking and external CCTV for your safety. Just 1 mile from Grand Theatre, easily walkable in 15 mins. Directly opposite a beautiful park, where you can escape the city for nature.
Please note, we require a £50 security deposit, fully refunded in full within 3 days of check out, as this platform does not offer damages insurance like other platforms. To date, we have refunded all deposits to guests and have received 100% positive reviews.
Payment Terms: £50 refundable paid 2 weeks before check in date. Balance to be paid on day of check in.

Guest Parking

There is free off-road parking available on our drive, please could you park directly in front of the grey gate, next to the fence and leave enough room for us to be able to get our car on/off too.

There is an EV charging point just 1 minute walk away on the same road, outside the hospital.

The Area and Transport

Our cosy annex is located in West Wolverhampton, directly opposite West Park, a beautiful Victorian park. There are lots of local amenities close by, including supermakets, local shops, restaurants and pubs.
The annex is under 1 mile /15 mins walk from Wolverhampton City centre and 1 mile / 20 mins walk to the The Grand Theatre.
There are great bus connections into the city centre, with bus stops just a few minutes walk away.

Other rules

We keep costs down by not charging a cleaning fee or having a cleaner, so we ask you to please leave the Annex clean, tidy and as you found it. Any excessive cleaning may be chargeable.
Please be careful of getting water on the floor, as this can damage the underfloor heating and mop up spillages immediately.
Please ensure roof windows are closed when you leave, in-case it rains (otherwise you may come back to a mini-flood).
Unregistered guests are not covered by our insurance. Please let us know if additional guests are planning to come.
Fair Usage Policy: To be mindful of energy usage, we include 15KWh per day electricity in the price of your stay. Average usage for this space is around 10KWh per day for 2 people so, this amount should be ample for normal day-to-day usage. We really are not expecting guests to exceed this amount - it's simply to ensure guests are mindful of use - but if this does happen, the guest is responsible for the additional cost

Perfect location opposite parkrun park,(though a super quick shower after to check out on time!). Great to have free parking, annex has everything you need. Would stay here again

Lovely space, very peaceful and private. Well equipped and has a very comfy bed. About 20min walk to the theatre, partly through the park across from the house which is big and beautiful in the Summer. Lyndsay was fast to communicate and very helpful. Definitely recommend.
