The Annex is a inviting modern and secure studio apartment, which has its own private entrance and off-road parking.
Centrally located, it is less than 1 mile ( 20 min walk) from Wolverhampton City Centre, the Grand Theatre and the Arena Theatre and 0.4 miles (10 min walk) from Newhampton Arts Centre. The annex is opposite a beautiful park, with a number of pubs, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets & convenience stores within a short walking distance
It is fully electric and contains a double bed, underfloor heating, en-suite shower room with toiletries, washing machine, dryer, iron, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, combination oven/ microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, utensils, kitchenware, quality linen, towels and a hairdryer. In addition to fast WIFI and a Smart TV (including Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.), there is also free off-road parking and CCTV.
The annex can comfortably accommodate 2 guest and has an additional single size fold-out bed. Please note that the fold-out bed is a small single size.
Please also note that the double-bed is a raised bed with storage underneath. Access on/off the bed is by 2 steps at either end of the bed, as per photographs, There are also foot- support steps built into the bed that can be used to get up/down.
This is a non-smoking space.
A fully-refundable deposit of between £50-£100 (depending upon length of stay is required at time of booking and will be refunded within 3 days of check out. For peace of mind, to date there has not been any reason to withhold any deposit money and all deposits have been fully refunded to date.
Fair Usage Policy:
To be mindful of the environment and energy usage, we include 15KWh per day electricity in the price of your stay.
As the average usage for this space is less than 9KWh per day for 2 people and appliances etc are all energy efficient, this amount should be ample for normal day-to-day usage.
We are not expecting that guests will exceed this amount and this policy is purely to encourage mindfulness of energy consumption. If the usage exceeds 15KW per day during the whole of the stay, the guest is responsible for the additional cost of usage at the rate of the current energy tariff.
We ask that guests please leave the place clean and tidy and as you found it, as we don't charge a cleaning fee. Any excessive cleaning may be chargeable.
No unregistered guests are allowed to stay as they are not covered by our insurance. Please let us know if additional guests are planning to come.
