Lovely room in my cosy flat. Balcony access through kitchen. 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minute walk from Albert road. Shops and lovely pubs near by. Full use of bathroom with shower and toilet.

Living with host. I'm 34 and work full time.
Kitchen with balcony.
1st floor, not many steps.
Parking available (on street, £2.80 a day through my RingGo app).
20 minute walk (5 min drive) to kings theatre. 40 minute walk (10 min drive) to new theatre royal.
Train station 20 minute walk away (fratton).

If you are a smoker I do ask that you smoke on the balcony thanks.
