This house is in immaculate condition, and consists of a large fitted kitchen/diner, with built-in cooker and oven. There is also a cosy lounge, and all rooms come with flat screen TV’s.
One of the bedrooms has it’s own private en-suite, and there are two other bathrooms, including a shower room on the ground floor.
Externally, there is a private drive way for parking, plus front and back gardens. There is also a 24/7 emergency call out service, so your needs would be catered for all the time.
This house is located in a delightful, new-build development, which is very quiet, yet only a short 2 mile trip into the city centre.
The whole of this house is available to guests, as well as the shed and gardens.

A great size house with lots of room for all of us. Location is a little far away from the Rep theatre but manageable. We found the house could have been maintained a little better but overall we were happy there. Thank you
