Two lovely bedrooms in a relaxing and spacious home in central Hove (Brighton) (Hove)

I'm Mick, a semi-retired Illustrator and live here in central Hove. I’m fortunate to live in a lovingly refurbished period property in an excellent location. I’m delighted to offer 2 nice and spacious double bedrooms, one with a king size bed. The bedrooms share their own bathroom on their own floor.
The accommodation is light and spacious with a large kitchen, dining & living room and even an office which are all accessible...there's plenty of room all round!
I’m very well situated on numerous bus routes running every few minutes into Brighton (normally around10 minutes) and just a short stroll from Hove train station and the seafront. Supermarkets, shops and the huge variety of cafes, bars pubs and restaurants are very close by.
Cyclists are welcome and your bike can be stored no problem. I occasionally look after a friends' lovely dog, but normally just for the odd day.
I love the arts in general but must admit I don’t know a lot about theatre, so I’m keen to find out! I find the idea appealing of sharing my home with professionals in the industry, so I look forward to welcoming some of you soon.
