Self-Contained
This is a lovely terraced house in a cul de sac 2 minutes from the station. There is a small patio garden . Full use of kitchen and living areas. Great location close to the North Laines. In the West Hill conservation area away from too much hustle and bustle.
There are 3 rooms available :
a small one at the back of the house with a small double bed;
a larger one at the back with a standard size double bed wardrobe and desk
and a large double with a King size bed at the front of the house with access to a wardrobe with hanging space .
Guest Parking
Parking after 8pm in the local area. Otherwise permit parking only or the station car park. Also on road parking but limited to 4 hours.
The Area and Transport
Great location near the station and 10 minutes from the Theatre Royal, Dome .. and pretty much anywhere you want to go in Brighton and Hove. Including 15 minutes walk to the beach. Despite the central location the area is very quiet.
Secluded courtyard garden.
There is usually another theatre professional as a guest. Your host does not live at the house and will respect your privacy.
Winter prices reflect the cost of heating.

Absolutely fabulous stay in Judith’s house! Good to note that the rooms are all separately rented out with only 1 of them having a lock and key so this was the only slight issue for me. Other than that it had everything you’d need and it’s very close to the station and theatre

Thank you for your feedback Bayley. Usually I try to have people from the same theatre Company if more than one room is let. It was unusual for me to have all rooms let and only two to people in the same company. Usually a family member would be in the third room . I will definitely look into getting locks fitted but this can be problematic with children and the house is primarily a family home.
Very comfortable, everything you could possibly need, great communication and central. Highly recommend.

Great flat for a short or long-term stay with very useful bits like the washing machine and dryer. Very centrally located and the bed was super comfortable, great shower too. Wouldn't hesitate to come again if I needed :)
