Central Bath - Quiet, Single Room (Bath)

The single room is at the back of my Victorian terraced house and is amazingly quiet given the central location.

The room provides a wardrobe with drawers and a desk and chair and is sunny and bright. It is situated next to the bathroom which is generally available for your sole use, but which you may have to share occasionally with a regular lodger.

You will have exclusive use of a guest kitchenette area with fridge, kettle and toaster with tea and coffee on a self-serve basis and will also have use of the main kitchen for more substantial cooking.

The Theatre Royal and Ustinov Studio are a pleasant 20 minute walk through town and the Rondo is about the same distance in the opposite direction. The house is at the top of a steep hill giving you spectacular views across the roofs and hills of Bath.

For stays of up to a week, I ask for cash on arrival; for longer stays the cost can be divided into two payments - half on arrival, the rest by arrangement. On street visitor parking can be arranged for a small additional cost.

Strictly no visitors, pets or smoking.
