This large bright first floor flat forms part of a stone-built residential Victorian tenement in Marchmont and enjoys an attractive outlook over The Meadows. With 3 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room with a double sofa bed, it can sleep 7 to 9 people. The reception hall provides access to all rooms. The internal shower room displays a stylish white suite with mains shower. The kitchen is fully fitted, with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and a gas hob. Gas central heating.
The price includes all utilities and WiFi connection. Edinburgh Council tourist tax for the first 5 nights of the stay (£77.25) is not included, to be paid separately.

There are regular bus services to the City Centre and surrounding areas. Cosmopolitan university district, extensive local shopping and restaurants nearby. Essential services are well provided for, including local banks, post office, doctors and dentists. Nearby Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows offer open parkland, public tennis courts and the Royal Commonwealth swimming pool is a 15 minute walk away.
