What does this mean?

The house is on a safe and virtually silent side street yet very near to local shops/cafes etc.
We let the house out to Panto guests most years and also have families stay for long stays a few tines per year.
The house is warm and relaxing with an enclosed, brick walled garden.

Guest Parking

Parking is on street. Typically one can park within a few metres of the house.

The Area and Transport

The house, which has 4 bedrooms, is located on the corner of Mill Rd with many cafes, restaraunts and shops on the doorstep.
Walking to the Arts theatre is about 20 minutes and buses to the centre are every 15 minutes
