The property is fully self contained and includes fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washing machine and airer. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, a comfortable lounge with TV (log into your own Netflix or Amazon accounts), fresh towels and bed linen, and a bathroom with essential toiletries. Tea and coffee are provided.

Self check-in is available from 3pm for flexible arrival.

Located just a 10-minute walk to the Grand Theatre Stage Door, and close to the Civic Hall, University, Molineux Stadium, plus city-centre shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

This property can accommodate one free parking space. Note you will need to park in the designated parking area specified in the arrival guide (on the desk as you walk into the apartment)

If you would like to arrive with more than one car, you will need to use paid parking options in the city centre. Options for this are:
- Street parking (Pay and Display right outside the property).
- Off street parking just a 3min walk away.

This apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey building. The first floor is also used for short-term stays and is often home to fellow theatre-goers or Airbnb guests. The top floor is occupied by our on-site maintenance manager, which means help is available quickly if needed. He also has a friendly dog called Maui.
