Self-Contained
Proud to offer this Self-Contained Four Bedroom house, all of which are doubles and 2 bathrooms.
We have a keysafe box that you will use for self check in anytime on your day of arrival and then once in you'll find four keys for you to use during your stay.
Downstairs you will find a bedroom, livingroom, large kitchen/dining space with washing machine and tumble dryer and large bathroom. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and bathroom and an attic which is used as a cinema room. We have super fast virgin wifi and virgin tv.
We also have a garden at the rear to enjoy.
Guest Parking
The whole street has no parking restrictions, so parking is always very easy.

15 minute walk/2 minute drive to Wales Millenium Centre and Bay
30 minute walk/10 minute drive to New Theatre and City Centre

This space is not shared with anyone else.
This space is 4 bedroom self contained digs.
It's a self contained digs house so you never have to worry about me and you can check in using the key box. You will be able to contact me anytime and if there are any problems I still live in Cardiff so can be on hand. If you ever get locked out or lose your phone there is a Ring Doorbell which will allow you to get throught to me straight away.
It's a four bedroom house best suited to four people sharing. If you are in a couple then of course you are free to share the bedroom but please bare in mind there are two bathroom, if all four people shared beds then the house might feel too much with 8 people staying!

Other rules
The rubbish is collected on a Wednesday which is mid stay for most digs guest. The internal bins will always be sorted to the external bins before you arrive but as the collection is on a Wednesday we do ask that you put the rubbish out for collection on evening otherwise it would never be collected between dig stays.
Smoking is only allowed outside - an ashtray is provided.
You'll be left four keys, all four keys have to be returned.
No parties are allowed but you are of course welcome to have daytime and evening guests over.
Hope thats not too strict!
