About these Digs
Self-Contained
Our home is a Self-Contained Three Bedroom house, Two of the bedrooms are a double and the third bedroom is a single.
Our home is easy to spot because it's the only house on the street with a hedge. We have a keysafe box that you will use for self check in anytime on your day of arrival and then once in you'll find three keys for you to use during your stay.
Downstairs you will find the livingroom, study space, dining room and kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are the threebedrooms and bathroom. We have super fast virgin wifi and virgin tv.
We also have a garden at the rear to enjoy.

The whole street has no parking restrictions, so parking is always very easy.

This space is shared with 3 other paying Guests.
It's a self contained digs house so you never have to worry about me and you can check in using the key box. You will be able to contact me anytime and if there are any problems I still live in Cardiff so can be on hand. If you ever get locked out or lose your phone there is a Ring Doorbell which will allow you to get throught to me straight away.
It's a three bedroom house best suited to three people sharing. If you are in a couple then of course you are free to share but there is only one bathroom so four of five people staying might be too much!

Other rules
The rubbish is collected on a wednesday which is mid stay for most digs guest. The internal bins will always be sorted to the external bins before you arrive but as the collection is on a Wednesday we do ask that you put the rubbish out for collection on evening otherwise it would never be collected between dig stays.
Smoking is only allowed outside - an ashtray is provided.
You'll be left three keys, all three keys have to be returned.
No parties are allowed but you are of course welcome to have daytime and evening guests over.
Hope thats not too strict!

Me and my colleagues had a lovely stay at Lloyds home. Lloyd was very helpful and quick and easy to communicate with. The house had everything you could need and was very cosy, a home away from home. It was about a 40 min walk to WMC. Gorgeous house, great host. Would 100% Recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy beautiful house and the garden was an added bonus with the lovely weather we had! Very clean and well equipped.
We were at the millennium centre which is about a 40min walk but we just took then sharing Ubers. The house was under our budget anyway so we had money spare to do that.
Front room bed…comfiest I’ve ever slept in.

Lloyd is an excellent host, leaving clear instructions & great tips in the guidebook. I loved staying at this place during my week working at New Theatre; it was a great locations for runs to Cardiff Bay Barage and Roath Park, as well as a 25min walk from the theatre. I particularly loved all the little Van Gogh touches - there was clearly love put into the interior design :) Being a Victorian house, once we adjusted the heating the cold wasn’t an issue. Garden was a highlight! Would stay again.

The house is lovely. It’s been a real home from home for myself and my 2 colleagues (particularly over the Christmas run, nice to have somewhere homely!)
