Living with Host
This bright, comfortable single room offers the essential rest and relaxation touring professionals need. The room is furnished with a desk for any offstage work, and a clothes shelf / rail including space for your suitcase and shoes, as well as your own person TV with Fire Stick.
A comfortable standard single bed (as photographed), with an additional narrow single trundle bed stored beneath, These can combine to form a king size bed if requested (all relevant bedding provided).
With your own key access to the complext, the building and the flat, you have the flexibility to come and go as required, accommodating the unsociable hours of the industry without disruption. Additionally enjoy the added security for your belongings, and privacy of a lockable guest room door. Full use of the kitchen and living areas, as well as exclusive use of the family bathroom in the main hallway (the host has their own ensuite).
Guest Parking
The apartment complex has a range of visitor parking bays, centrally positioned and marked with a 'V' in the car parking area. Guests will receive a visitor parking permit to display on the dashboard of their car during their stay, to comply with the local traffic enforcement teams.
The Area and Transport
Located in a quiet corner of Cardiff Bay, opposite the BBC TV Studios and less than 8 minute walk from Stage Door of the Wales Millennium Centre, and less than 10 minutes to the restaurants and bar of Mermaid Quay, or Cardiff Bay Train Station.
Conveniently positioned just off the major highway roundabout of the A4232, linking to the Cardiff Bay Link Road (West) / Rover Way (East) to both the M4 West (10 mins to Junction 33) and M4 East (12 mins to Junction 29), as well as the Central Link North (5 mins) to the City Centre.
This quiet corner of the bay is the perfect retreat after a long day's work at a show, the only foot traffic being dog walkers, joggers and professionals on their lunch breaks. Safe street-lit walking distance to the WMC, including late at night after a show.

Fantastic stay, great location, comfy room with easy access to the bay, I’d stay here again with shows in the future, daniel allowed me to feel welcome to come and go as I pleased on a busy show schedule, no pressure check in or check out, great communication from the start, overall made for a pleasant week in Cardiff!

Dan made me feel very welcome. Even though it was a single room I was very comfortable with sole use of the main bathroom and I was able to use the kitchen. Great to have parking and all within a 5 or 6 minute walk from the theatre. Would definitely stay again.
