What does this mean?

Ensuite room with blackout blinds in a semi-detached 2 storey house with garden access and full use of kitchen. In walking distance to all theatres in safe suburban area. Coffee and Tea in room plus Smart TV and high speed Internet.

Guest Parking

Free parking is available outside the house on a first come first served basis.

The Area and Transport

This is a lovely room on the 2nd floor with roof skylights and a standard Double size bed. There is free high speed Wifi. You will also have your own en-suite private Shower and Toilet, in a modern Townhouse. There is a garden with Fire-pit. It is hosted and occupied by Patti and Andy. It is an easy 20 minute walk from the City Centre and local Marlowe Theatre. There is also Park and Ride or local bus transport. Please note there is a £50 deposit required. This is refundable if there are no breakages or damage to the property.

Guest bedroom has lockable door plus private ensuite toilet and shower. There is a massage room available to guests at extra cost and bookable with my Thai wife. Our living room is private to us. Kitchen, Garden available for guests.

Excluded Facilities

Family bathroom on first floor is not for guest use. Our private bedroom is not for guest use.
