By Train:
The Brighton train station is a short walk, you can walk to the station in 20 minutes or a taxi is around £8.
By Bus:
The bus station is a short walk at Pool Valley next to the Pier. Buses can be taken from there to London Victoria Coach Station, Gatwick Airport and many cities and towns in the UK.
Parking:
Parking in Brighton is expensive. ALWAYS try to book in advance.
- On street parking is the most expensive and check as some of this is capped at 4 hours. Most parking meter take card or you can download the parking app called ‘PayByPhone.’
- The multi storey car parks are cheaper. The closest are The Lanes Car Park, Black Lion Street, Brighton BN1 1ND. / NCP Brighton Theatre Brighton Theatre, Church Street, Brighton, BN1 1US.
- JustPark App – enter in Camel-ford Street, your dates and the app will give you available spaces including people’s driveways.
The Area and Transport
The house is situated in the heart of Kemptown. East of the city centre and stretching as far as Brighton Marina, Kemptown is a flamboyant mix of grand seafront crescents, elegant squares, and a bustling high street shopping area with a lively village feel.
The property is a short 10minutes walk to the all the theatre’s in Brighton, this includes Brighton theatre royal, Brighton Dome, Haus of Cabaret Brighton and Brighton Centre.
The house is situated up off Madeira Drive just a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton where you will stumble into the North and South Lanes here you will find many independent restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes and shops, as well as some more well known chains throughout the city.

* Please do not have any candles or fires in the house. The fireplaces are not in use.
* Please be careful with luggage on the walls do not stick photos/posters to the walls, damage charges will be applied, as it pulls the paint off the walls and costs us a significant amount to resolve.
* We ask that you do not invite people outside of your party back to the house and only persons booked with your party to stay at the house.
* The basement and ground floor have wooden and tiled floors so outside shoes are fine in these areas, but we ask that upstairs you do not wear shoes as these areas are carpeted.
* If you are bringing confetti into the house, please ensure you clear the remains of it before leaving.
* Please do not use the outside area after 10pm at night. Please do not play music inside loudly after 10pm.
