Living with Host

What does this mean?

We are a musical family with 3 grown up children and our lovely 2 young cats. My husband a pro musician and running a music shop and I am a clinical psychologist working from home. We are pretty relaxed and sociable and we appreciate the removal of shoes while in the house and please no smokers or pets. Our home is detached with 7 bedrooms and and 3 bathrooms.
4 rooms are available to be booked - one twin room, one double, and two single rooms.
We offer a continental breakfast with a wide selection of cereals, breads, pain au chocolat, briouxs etc and the breakfast room is available for you to eat if you need require however please note that any other rooms in the house are private.
Clean bedlinen, towels and toiletries all of which are included in the price.

Payments conditions are as follow:
Returnable deposit of £100
Cleaning fee (non-returnable): £20
All accommodation fees + the above to be paid prior your arrival 3 weeks in advance via Paypal or Bank Transfer please.
For bookings on the same day payments will need to be done via Paypal please.

The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood close to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge and The Junction, both a stroll away from our home.
Corn Exchange, Cambridge Arts Theatre, ADC Theatre and The Mumford Theatre are just a 10 minutes away by car, 5 minutes by bike and 25-30 minutes walking. Please ask us for bikes rental if you would like to rent one of our accessible bikes.
