Living with Host
**THE ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE MON- FRI AND THE PRICES REFLECT THIS**
The house is set back from the road and feels very peaceful, with a leafy front garden & courtyard style back garden.
The room is at the back of the house & very sunny. It's furnished with a comfy wooden king size bed, a built in wardrobe with hanging space, a bedside table, lamps, and a sideboard (which can be swapped out for a desk & chair, or chest of drawers if preferred).
The shared spaces are full of light (& plants !). There’s a big corner sofa to chill on and lots of books to read / CDs to listen to. (I don’t have a TV but there is a projector to watch films on). The kettle is always on!..

Off street parking is available for an extra cost if required.
The Area and Transport
Redland is a lovely corner of Bristol, just round the corner from Gloucester Road with its independent shops & cafes, and the little oasis of Cotham Gardens Park.
Very convenient – within walking distance of The Old Vic, The Hippodrome, Bristol Beacon, Bristol Fringe & the Redgrave Theatre.
A 5 min walk to Redland Train Station, 15 mins to the coach station and a pleasant 25 mins into town.
