Calm and friendly Bristol home (Bristol)

Double and single room in a friendly Bristol home. The house is newly renovated with a clean and calm vibe, and is only occupied by one other person. There is a lounge, kitchen-diner, shared bathroom upstairs with additional toilet downstairs. If you consider a large patch of concrete to be a garden, then there is also a garden out the back (it's a work in progress!).

Situated in a fantastic area of Bristol, a quiet street with Netham park at the end of the road. Near to the Avon trail for nice river walks as well as the Bristol to Bath Cycle path. There are lovely Coffee shops on nearby Church Road. For food there are two corner shops at the end of the road and it's walking distance from an Aldi, Lidl and Tesco.

If you're an active type it's within 15 mins walk from a swimming pool, pure gym and indoor climbing centre. For film fans it's also 20 mins walk from the nearest cinema.

It's perfectly situated for Travelling Light's rehearsal room just round the corner, and a simple commute to the city's theatres:

Wardrobe Theatre - 15 min bus / 6 min cycle or e-scooter / 20 min walk

Circomedia - 23 min bus / 9 min cycle or e-scooter / 30 min walk

Cycle storage available inside the house and e-scooters available at the end of the road (a driving license/provisional is required for ID to sign up).

Hello! I'm Kay. I'm a friendly theatre stage manager and I also work in TV production. I'm in my 30s and love living in Bristol.

In my free time I like swimming, climbing, craft, watching documentaries, going to church, dancing (badly) and hanging out with my nieces and nephews.

When I'm out on tour I rent out my single bedroom, my flatmate Laura is a delightful theatre producer (also in her 30s) who works in Bath.
