Living with Host

What does this mean?

Double master bedroom in a calm and friendly Bristol home. The house is newly renovated with a clean and peaceful vibe. There is a lounge, kitchen-diner (complete with all the sauces, oils and herbs you don't want to have to buy when you're away from home), shared bathroom upstairs with additional toilet downstairs. There is also outdoor space with table and chairs at the back of the house.

I'm Kay your host - a friendly theatre stage manager / TV production coordinator. I'm in my 30s and love living in Bristol. I know what it's like to stay in theatre digs and really appreciate the importance of a calm home-from-home where you can relax and unwind.

The Area and Transport

Situated in a fantastic area of Bristol, a quiet street with Netham park at the end of the road. Near to the Avon trail for nice river walks as well as the Bristol to Bath Cycle path. There are lovely Coffee shops on nearby Church Road. For food there are two corner shops at the end of the road and it's walking distance from an Aldi, Lidl and Tesco.

If you're an active type it's within 15 mins walk from a swimming pool, pure gym and indoor climbing centre. For film fans it's also 20 mins walk from the nearest cinema.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Kay was the perfect hostess!: kind, friendly and welcoming. Her home had everything a touring actor needs. I managed to get to the theatre in12 minutes on my pedal scooter; 14 mins return (slightly uphill).

Would defo stay here again.

A great stay with Kay. I was cycling to the Hippodrome and it was about 10-12 mins. The room is very big yet still feels cosy.
