Living with Host, Self-Contained

What does this mean?

Large bed-sitting room with study area, private dining room with kitchenette and private bathroom with shower over bath. 1 door separates your suite from the family house.

This is 1st floor accommodation (1 set of stairs).

You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer, accessed from the hallway.

Your hosts are a couple with a young child, they live in the rest of the house. Their sleeping rooms are at the opposite end of the house, so working late is not a problem.

Free parking permit available for the EA zone.

PLEASE NOTE OUR PAYMENT TERMS: short-stay balances should be settled within 7 days of booking confirmation. For longer bookings only the first week is paid in advance and the balance on arrival. Please feel free to contact us before booking for details or if you have questions.

Please put your rubbish out, there are wheelie bins in the front garden for recycling (blue lid) food waste (brown lid) and other waste (green lid).
